Common Inquiries
Our Classes FAQ
Find reassurance and answers to help prepare you for a supportive, peaceful practice in our studio.
Do I need prior yoga or meditation experience?
Absolutely not. We offer classes tailored specifically for beginners, as well as multi-level flows where instructors provide gentle modifications for all experience levels. You are welcome exactly as you are.
What if I am not flexible at all?
This is one of the most common myths! Saying you are too inflexible to practice yoga is like saying you are too dusty to take a bath. Our sessions are specifically designed to meet your current mobility level and slowly build openness over time.
What should I wear to my first class?
We recommend wearing soft, comfortable, and breathable athletic wear that lets you stretch and flow naturally. Standard yoga leggings, flexible shorts, and a lightweight fitted top are ideal. We practice barefoot on clean, sanitised mats.
How long are the sessions and when should I arrive?
Most of our classes are structured for exactly 60 minutes of movement, breathwork, and final relaxation. We highly encourage arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to start time to settle in, prepare your space, and begin aligning your breath.
